Ah dear Christians, have confidence;
why be so despondent?
Since the Lord causes us affliction,
let us say from our hearts:
we have truly deserved correction.
Everyone must testify to this.
No one must exclude themselves.

The setting of chorale 107 was commissioned by David Clasen and composed by Sally Beamish. Volume 4 was published in 2017 by Edition Peters. Copies may still be available via their website. The Orgelbüchlein Project plans to publish a revised Volume 4 in due course.
