Wenn dich Unglück thut greifen an/
und Unfall will seinn Willen han/
so ruff zu Gott im Glauben fest/
in keiner Noth er dich verläßt.
English
If misfortune should seize you,
and misadventure have its way,
so cry out to God in steadfast faith;
he does not leave you in distress.
