die uns gab unser Herre Gott/
durch Mosen seinen Diener treu/
hoch auf dem Berg[e] Sinai/

English
These are the holy Ten Commandments
which our Lord God has given us
through Moses, his true servant,
high on Mount Sinai.
Lord have mercy.
